Cake prices depend on the size and the design of the cake.

Handling: Please carry your purchase carefully. In the car, place your purchase onto a level, non-slip surface and avoid bumpy roads. After arriving at your location, please transfer your fresh cakes into the fridge as soon as possible and keep them away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

We at Ms. Môh cannot be held responsible for damaged items once they have been handed over to the customer.

Cake Care Instruction: Please transfer your cake into the fridge as soon as possible. To enjoy the maximum flavor and a soft, moist texture we recommend removing the cake from the fridge 45 to 60 minutes in advance to come to room temperature. If your cake sponge still appears hard, this means that it hasn’t reached normal room temperature, so just leave it out for a little longer.

Changes and Cancellations: if you wish to cancel or make any changes to your cake order, we require the following notice period before delivery/collection:

• For regular cakes: 24 hours (by noon 12 pm)

• For customized and tier cakes: 48 hours (by noon 12 pm)

Any changes or cancellations will need to be confirmed by email to order@msmoh.com. If not, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate any requests for changes or offer refunds.
